ACCEPTABLE USE POLICY

Effective Date: 19 May 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules and standards that govern how you may use the Rally! Trivia mobile application (“the App”). This AUP is incorporated into and forms part of our Terms & Conditions. By using the App, you agree to comply with this policy.

1. Purpose

Rally! Trivia is a social trivia game designed for fair, fun, and respectful play. This policy exists to protect the experience of all users, maintain the integrity of online gameplay, and ensure the App is used for its intended purpose.

2. Prohibited Conduct

2.1 Cheating and Exploitation

You must not:

Use any software, script, bot, macro, or automated tool to manipulate gameplay outcomes

Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage

Collude with other players to fix game results

Use multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, XP, or achievements

Reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s game logic or server-side scoring

2.2 Account Misuse

You must not:

Create accounts using false or misleading information

Share, sell, transfer, or purchase accounts

Impersonate another user, public figure, or member of our team

Access or attempt to access another user’s account without authorisation

2.3 Harmful or Offensive Behaviour

You must not:

Send harassing, abusive, threatening, or discriminatory messages to other users

Use your username, avatar, or profile content to display hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise offensive material

Attempt to solicit personal information from other users, particularly minors

2.4 Technical Abuse

You must not:

Attempt to disrupt, overload, or attack the App’s servers or network infrastructure

Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into the App

Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the App without written permission

Probe or test the security of the App without authorisation

2.5 Unlawful Use

You must not use the App:

For any purpose that is unlawful under applicable local, national, or international law

To facilitate fraud, money laundering, or other financial crimes

In a manner that infringes any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights

3. In-App Purchases and Fair Play

Premium features purchased in the App (such as themes and cosmetics) are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

Resell, transfer, or sublicense purchased content to other users

Claim ownership of or attempt to duplicate premium content without purchase

Use purchase restoration mechanisms to obtain content you have not legitimately bought

4. Usernames and Display Names

Your username and display name must not:

Impersonate or be confusingly similar to another person’s name or public figure

Contain hate speech, slurs, or discriminatory language

Include sexually explicit or graphically violent language

Use names associated with known harmful ideologies or organisations

We reserve the right to force-change or remove any username or display name that violates this policy without notice.

5. Reporting Violations

If you encounter conduct that you believe violates this policy, please report it to us at support@rallystudio.ae. Include as much detail as possible (e.g. username, date/time, description of the incident). We investigate all reports and take appropriate action, but we cannot guarantee a specific outcome or timeline.

6. Consequences of Violations

If we determine that you have violated this Acceptable Use Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity and frequency of the violation:

Issue a formal warning

Temporarily suspend your account

Permanently ban your account without refund of any purchases

Remove or reset specific content, scores, or achievements

Report conduct to relevant law enforcement authorities where legally required

We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to protect our users and the integrity of the App. Our decisions are final.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the App. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
